Stephanie has spent her career on the inside of luxury — first delivering it, now designing it for the people she serves.
She began in luxury hospitality, more than two decades ago, with Ritz-Carlton among the names on her résumé. That is where the standard was set: what a five-star stay actually requires, how the best properties operate behind the scenes, and how quietly the very best service is delivered. It is a perspective you cannot get from a booking screen.
From there she moved into corporate and leadership events — including years of work around Maxwell Leadership — producing retreats, meetings, and programs that had to be right for one important guest and a thousand at once. That range is unusual, and it is the throughline of everything she does now: the same discipline, whether the trip is a honeymoon or a global incentive.
Today she plans bespoke travel and events as a Fora advisor — recognized in the Fora Top 100 and Centum, holding the Fora Group Specialist designation, with Virtuoso access and a partner network built one relationship at a time. What she offers is not a catalog of destinations. It is a way of doing things.
